Colors: I chose a dull red for villainy. And a dull gold...for riches and playfullness. It needs white text for contrast.
Positioning: Most of the stuff should be centered.

More super = less muted
Superheroes and supervillains wear very colorful dresses. When they're giving a rousing victory speech or monologueing their plans for world domination, supers wear bright, saturated Superfriends type colors. When they're chilling at home, or doing their taxes, they wear earth-tones, grays, and other "normal" clothing.
