Got this recipe from a coworker.
Ingredients (for 4 cupcakes)
- Bakers chocolate (2oz)
- Flour (3 tbsp) <-- can be gluten free
- Egg (1 and 1 egg yolk)
- Powdered Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Butter (1/2 stick)
- Pre heat oven to 450 degrees
- Line cupcake tin for 4 cupcakes
- Put butter and bakers chocolate in a bowl and microwave for a minute
- Mix well and add the sugar
- Mix well and add the egg
- Mix well and add the flour
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes
- Serve with vanilla ice cream
